Property Animal Inspection

The first step to resolving any human – animal conflict is performing a very thorough property animal inspection. Whether you’re hearing noises in your attic, seeing raccoons in the yard, or having a problem with squirrels chewing holes in your roof, we can help. Our animal removal service starts out with an initial fee which includes a full property animal inspection, an Animal Intrusion Worksheet (price for repairs, patching holes, removing animal droppings, etc.), and setting up traps to catch the animals. We send out 1-2 wildlife control specialists to do this. The inspection process generally takes 1-2 hours. We will inspect the roof, soffits, vents, attics, crawl space, foundation, deck, porch, patio, and anywhere else you would like us to inspect. Our wildlife specialists will determine what animal problem you’re experiencing and what we can do to solve it. We will not only inspect your home for the animal problem you’re experiencing, but as we do our inspections we also look for other animal issues as well.

Animal Habitat Modification

When performing property animal inspections, we use only the most up to date, advanced, and high-tech wildlife inspection tools available today, such as Micro Cameras, High Definition Thermal Imaging Cameras, and Parabolic microphones. This equipment allows us to give you a very thorough and precise inspection. Animals love to live in attics and walls and these devices can be very useful to help us diagnose your problem correctly. We don’t miss much!

Animal Exclusion

Animal exclusion is the physical means of adding material to an area to prevent entry of an animal. An example would be screening a vent to keep squirrels out. As always, the squirrels must be trapped and physically removed first. The last thing you would ever want to do is lock an animal inside your attic. The animal will most likely die in a very inconvenient place, your home will smell horrible, and the carcass will be challenging to find and remove.

Call us today to schedule a property animal inspection on your home. We will remove the animals safely, humanely, and we also do the repairs to keep the animals out in the future. Rest assured, your home is in good hands.

We offer Animal Inspections in the following areas:
